Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right under German law to withdraw your order without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this period via our support team at support@chiefsport.de.

  • Withdrawal period: 14 days from receipt of the goods

  • Return conditions: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Customized or personalized items: Products made specifically according to your wishes (e.g., printed or otherwise personalized items).

  • Sealed goods: Items sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
