General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed by customers through our shop. Deviating terms of the customer are not accepted unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button (or an equivalent button), you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. An acknowledgment of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is concluded only with the dispatch of our shipping confirmation or with the delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices indicated in our shop include the applicable statutory VAT and other price components. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

5. Payment
Various payment methods are available in our shop. The purchase price is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

6. Delivery and Retention of Title
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address. The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price is made.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, starting from the receipt of the goods. Further details on the right of withdrawal and exclusions (e.g., personalized products) are outlined in our return policy.

8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for defects in accordance with the legal provisions, unless any limitations are specified below.

Disclaimer of Liability: We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

9. Data Protection
We collect, process, and use the customer’s personal data only in accordance with the legal provisions. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is the location of our company.

11. Amendments to the AGB
We reserve the right to change these AGB at any time without providing reasons. The amended AGB will be communicated to the customer in due time. The new AGB will be deemed accepted if the customer does not object within 14 days after notification.

12. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these AGB be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
