Shipping policy
1. Shipping Countries & Regions
We ship our products within Germany and parts of Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@chiefsport.de.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the product category ordered.
Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., public holidays, high order volume), delays may occur.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
4. Shipping Providers
We ship with DHL and DPD, selecting the most suitable carrier based on the destination.
5. Tracking & Lost Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is lost or does not arrive, please contact us at support@chiefsport.de.
6. Customs & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Returns & Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
